Mission Statement

NOCD-NY is a citywide alliance of cultural networks and community leaders that have joined together to revitalize New York City from the neighborhood up. NOCD-NY came together in 2010 in response to the vision, sustained needs, and creative resilience of our diverse communities. We facilitate peer learning, increase the visibility of community-based work, and provide services in support of it.
