Mission Statement

The Organization is Primarily in existence for charitable and educational purposes and to contribute to projects and organizations dedicated to the welfare and future of the Navy in the Washington DC area, by providing scholarships to dependents. NOSC also provides and promotes a better understanding of the Navy's objectives, and facilitates fellowship among Navy Spouses and encourages a closer bond between spouses of all branches of the military.
