Mission Statement

The purpose of this Nazareth Firemens Relief Association is to provide relief benefits for its members who suffer temporary or permanent disability from sickness, accident or injury arising from participating in fire company activities and to provide assistance to the families of active members who die as a result of these activities while an active member of the association. The association shall also provide funds to purchase and supply necessary equipment, safeguards, and training for preserving life, health and safety for all members so as to ensure their availability to participate in the volunteer fire service. All provisions will be in strict compliance with Act 84 of the 1968 and Act 118 of 2010 as enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In addition, the Nazareth Firemens Relief Association (NFRA) also provides the following benefits to its members: To pay for such normal and reasonable running expenses as may be appropriate
