TO PROVIDE BENEFITS TO THE NEVADA COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT WHERE TAX DOLLARS CANNOT REACH AND TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS BASED ON NEED AND LEADERSHIP.
