THEY ALSO COMMIT THEIRSELVES TO CONTINUALLY IMPORVE THEIR STAFF, MATERIAL, AND TECHNOLOGY IN ATTEMPT TO EXCEED CUSTOMERS EXPECTATIONS. THROUGH THEIR PHILOSOPHY OF CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT WILL INSURE THE SUCCESS OF THE NEW ALEXANDRIA PUBLIC LIBRARY.
