When we achieve this, residents will be empowered with strength, dignity, and hope to regain stability with ownership over their lives. CFH Community Impact Report of 2024 Changing the Faces of Homelessness (CFH) is a nonprofit 501c3 organization serving the community as a permanent supportive housing provider for individuals experiencing homelessness. We offer shared housing with supportive services such as case management and general counseling on site. Our motto is Healing with Housing and Self-Ownership = Great Success. We also provide social services through our Resource Movement Center that brings financial stability, youth empowerment services, housing resources, health and wellness to families and individuals experiencing hardships or losses due to trauma, unemployment etc. Our goal is to empower others by providing the necessary resources and tools.
