Mission Statement

To support and represent the interests of physicians of color, and physicians caring for minority patients, who are practicing or reside in the New England Area. At NEMA we envision a powerful collective voice of Black physicians dedicated to achieving justice in medicine. NEMA is dedicated to creating a community that advocates to eliminate health disparities, provides career development opportunities, implements mentoring programs and service through collaborative, community-based projects.
