NEW GROWTH PROJECT IS A NON-PROFIT THAT WILL CULTIVATE JOB OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH THE ART OF FARMING. MOST INDIVIDUALS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES (IDD) STRUGGLE TO FIND AND MAINTAIN EMPLOYMENT. IN ADDITION, THIS POPULATION SUFFERS FROM ISOLATION AND A LACK OF PEER-TO-PEER INTERACTION. NEW GROWTH PROJECT WILL OFFER EMPLOYMENT VIA PEER-TO-PEER COACHING IN A FARM SETTING SO THAT OUR CLIENTS CAN EXPERIENCE SUCCESS, SOCIAL INTERACTION, AND PERSONAL GROWTH.
