PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE - VOLUNTEER SERVICE ORGANIZATION OF EXTRAORIDINARY WOMEN WHO ARE COMMITTED TO ENRICHING, SUSTAINING AND ENSURING THE CULTURE AND ECONOMIC SURVIVAL OF AFIRCAN AMERICANS AND OTHER PERSONS OF AFRICAN ANCESTRY.
