THE MISSION OF NEW HORIZONS CRISIS CENTER INCLUDE, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, PROVIDING SERVICES AND SUPPORT FOR CRIME VICTIMS, ADVOCACY FOR FAMILIES, AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS IN LINCOLN, LYON, MURRAY AND REDWOOD COUNTIES.
