NEW HORIZONS OFFERS JOB TRAINING AND PLACEMENT, EDUCATION, COUNSELING, RESIDENTIAL SERVICES, SOCIAL PROGRAMS AND PERSON-CENTERED PLANNING WITH A FOCUS ON COMMUNITY INTEGRATION, HELPING EACH INDIVIDUAL GAIN THE CONFIDENCE, SKILLS, DIGNITY AND INDEPENDENCE AT THEIR HIGHEST LEVEL.
