TO PROVIDE HOUSING AND LIVING ASSISTANCE TO THOSE AFFECTED BY DRUG ADDICTION AND PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND COUNSELING TO THOSE IN NEED. TO HELP PREPARE WOMEN FOR FULL INDEPENDENCE ON THEIR OWN.
