THROUGH RODEO, TEACH THE PARTICIPATING AND SPECTATING YOUTH, THAT THROUGH DEDICATION, HARDWORK, DETERMINATION, AND GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP, EACH PERSON CAN ACHIEVE ANY GOAL SET BEFORE THEM.
