TO SUPPORT PUBLIC AWARENESS, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, AND SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT FOR THE GROWTH AND EXPANSION OF THE SCHOOL-BASED HEALTH MODEL IN NEW YORK STATE, AS WELL AS IMPROVING ACCESS TO NEW YORK STATE'S 266 SCHOOL-BASED HEALTH CENTERS FOR VULNERABLE CHILDREN TO HIGH-QUALITY PRIMARY CARE, INCLUDING MEDICAL, MENTAL, ORAL, AND COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICES.
