THE NEW YORK STATE COUNCIL FOR THE SOCIAL STUDIES IS A PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION OF TEACHERS AND SUPERVISORS AT THE ELEMENTARY, SECONDARY, COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY LEVELS.
