PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION LAW. THE PUBLIC PURPOSE IS TO RAISE FUNDS THROUGH PUBLIC DONATIONS FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANY EDUCATIONAL AND ENRICHMENT USE AT NEWPORT HARBOR HIGH SCHOOL AND ENSIGN INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL, BOTH OF WHICH ARE PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
