THE FOUNDATION IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE EXPRESS PURPOSE OF IMPLEMENTING A PUBLIC/PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP TO IMPLEMENT PUBLIC SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS APPROVED BY THE LOCAL SCHOOL BOARD.
