FOR MORE THAN 117 YEARS, FAMILY ACCESS HAS SERVED THOUSANDS OF FAMILIES FROM RACIALLY, ECONOMICALLY, AND CULTURALLY DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS FROM MIDDLESEX AND NORFOLK COUNTIES IN MASSACHUSETTS. OUR THREE INTEGRATED PROGRAMS ARE BASED ON DECADES OF RESEARCH IN NEUROSCIENCE AND EARLY CHILD DEVELOPMENT POINTING TO THE IMPORTANCE OF EARLY FORMATIVE EXPERIENCES AND THE POWER OF ENGAGED PARENTS TO RAISE STRONG, RESILIENT CHILDREN. FOCUSING OUR SERVICES ON LOW-INCOME AND IMMIGRANT FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN AND AT-RISK YOUTH, WE HELP PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS IMPROVE THEIR PARENTING, AND WE HELP CHILDREN DEVELOP THE SOCIAL, EMOTIONAL, AND INTELLECTUAL SKILLS NEEDED FOR SUCCESS IN SCHOOL AND LIFE.
