IN TURN, THE CAPABILITIES, COMPETENCIES, AND CREDIBILITY OF THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION FOR THE ALLEGHENIES ARE BROUGHT TO BEAR TO MAKE NONPROFIT PARTNERS A VALUED RESOURCE.
