THE NOROTON HEIGHTS DEPOT IS A TEEN CENTER WHICH PROVIDES A SAFE, SUPERVISED, DRUG-FREE AND ALCOHOL-FREE ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH HIGH SCHOOL AGE YOUTH CAN GATHER AND SOCIALIZE. THROUGH ITS OWN STUDENT GOVERNANCE AND RECREATIONAL INTER- FACE WITH OTHER YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS AND THE HIGH SCHOOL. THE DEPOT OFFERS OPPORTUNITIES FOR LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCES AND POSITIVE YOUTH DEVELOPMENT.
