NASIG PROMOTES THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF BEST PRACTICES AND STANDARDS FOR THE DISTRIBUTION, ACQUISITION AND LONG-TERM ACCESSIBILITY OF INFORMATION RESOURCES IN ALL FORMATS AND BUSINESS MODELS THROUGHOUT THEIR LIFECYCLE.
