IT IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) TO SERVE YOUTH, FAMILIES, AND OTHER COMMUNITY RESIDENTS IN THE ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED CHICAGO NEIGHBORHOOD OF AUSTIN AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES, THROUGH A COMMUNITY AND EDUCATIONAL CENTER THAT PROVIDES AMATEUR SPORTS ACTIVITIES, EDUCATION, AND WELLNESS OPPORTUNITIES.
