PACE, OR PROGRAMS OF ALL-INCLUSIVE CARE FOR THE ELDERLY, PROVIDES COMPREHESIVE HEALTH CARE AND SERVICES THAT ALLOW INDIVIDUALS 55 YEARS AND OLDER WHO QUALIFY FOR NURSING HOME LEVEL OF CARE TO REMAIN IN THE COMMUNITY WITH THEIR FAMILY AND FRIENDS. PACE PROVIDES BETTER CARE , AN IMPROVED QUALITY OF LIFE AND IS COST-EFFECTIVE. OUR MISSION IS TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT, EXPANSION, SUCCESS AND QUALITY OF PACE PROGRAMS IN NORTH CAROLINA SO THAT EVERY PERSON WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR PACE WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THIS SERVICE.
