TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO OTHER 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS AND GOVERNMENT ENTITIES AND FAMILIES/INDIVIDUALS WHEN ASSISTANCE IS NEEDED IN KEEPING WITH THE MISSION OF THE FUND.
