Mission Statement

The purpose of the corporation is to facilitate, promote, advance, and support the member community service boards in their delivery of public mental health, developmental disability and addictive treatment services. All funds, whether income or principal, and whether acquired by gift or contribution or otherwise, shall be devoted to said purposes.
