THE NORTHEAST OHIO FOUNDATION FOR PATRIOTISM (NEOPAT) IS A NON-PROFIT SECTION 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION CREATED TO HONOR PATRIOTS WHO SERVE OR HAVE SERVED IN THE ARMED FORCES BY WORKING TO MINIMIZE THE SACRIFICES THE SOLDIERS AND THEIR FAMILIES ENDURE. IN ADDITION TO VOLUNTARILY SPENDING EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME AWAY FROM HOME AND RISKING INJURY OR DEATH TO SECURE OUR FREEDOM, NEOPAT HAS IDENTIFIED THAT SERVICE MEN AND WOMEN OFTEN RETURN TO CIVILIAN LIFE WITH NEEDS THAT ARE NOT DIRECTLY ADDRESSED BY EXISTING GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAMS.
