Mission Statement

TO PROMOTE AND PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS INVOLVED WITH WINTERGUARD ACTIVITY AT CICERO NORTH SYRACUSE HIGH SCHOOL. STUDENTS ARE TAUGHT DANCE ROUTINES AND INSTRUCTED ON HOW TO USE EQUIPMENT DURING PERFORMANCES.
