TO EDUCATE MEMBERS IN THE SPORT OF ROWING CONSISTENT WITH THE EDUCATION PHILOSOPHY OF THE NORTHVILLE SCHOOL DISTRICT AND THE MIDWEST SCHOLASTIC ROWING ASSOCIATION. ADDITIONALLY NRC ENCOURAGES AND SUPPORTS THE ACADEMIC AND PHYSICAL ACHIEVEMENTS OF ITS MEMBERS
