Mission Statement

Our primary purpose is to enhance the community in and around Northwest Portland, Oregon by and through safety measures and enhanced engagement and community involvement; to provide the community a way to come together to discuss ideas and work cooperatively for the good of the public; and to provide the public with a safe, secure, and clean space within which to live, work, play and learn.
