TO HELP COMMUNITIES MEET THEIR PRIMARY HEALTH CARE NEEDS BY CREATING A STATEWIDE INFRASTRUCTURE BRIDGING COMMUNITY AND ACADEMIC RESOURCES IN ORDER TO FACILITATE PCP RECRUITMENT IN UNDERSERVED AREAS, IMPROVE ACCESS TO HEALTH CARE, AND EVALUATE PUBLIC HEALTH NEEDS.
