NUSI WILL PROACTIVELY INVESTIGATE SEXUAL OFFENSES AND WILL EMPHASIZE PREVENTION THROUGH EDUCATION AND TRAINING. NUSI WILL PROMOTE COOPERATIVE EFFORTS BETWEEN MUNICIPALIES, POLICE AGENCIES, PROSECUTORS, SRS AND VICTIMS ADVOCACY AND SUPPORT GROUPS.
