Mission Statement

NORWOOD PUBLIC LIBRARY IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT WAS ORGANIZED AS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION UNDER THE LAWS OF HTE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA IN 1979. ITS STATED PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE A PUBLIC LIBRARY TO THE RESIDENTS IN NORWOOD BOROUGH.
