THE CORPORATION WILL ALSO OPERATE A TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE BRANCH FOR ANY AGENCIES LOOKING TO INCORPORATE QUALITY HARM REDUCTION SERVICES IN THEIR INSTITUTION.
