THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO FACILITATE PARTICIPATION OF DISABLED ADULTS AND CHILDREN IN PROGRAMS OFFERED BY THE NORTHERN SUBURBAN SPECIAL RECREATION ASSOCIATION.
