WE ENVISION A FUTURE WHERE ALL PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES ARE ACTIVE COMMUNITY PARTICIPANTS, AND ARE ACCEPTED IN ALL ASPECTS OF COMMUNITY LIFE. EACH PERSON'S QUALITY OF LIFE WILL BE ENRICHED THROUGH THEIR ENGAGEMENT IN MEANINGFUL ACTIVITIES AND THE FORMATION OF RELATIONSHIPS.
