TO HELP THE BAND DIRECTORS OF HAWAII BECOME THE BEST EDUCATORS FOR OUR STUDENTS THROUGH ORGANIZING FESTIVALS, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, AND SUPPORT THROUGH OUR COLLEAGUES; WHILE KEEPING GOOD RELATIONS WITH OUR EDUCATION ADMINISTRATORS, AND OTHER MUSIC AND ARTS ORGANIZATIONS.
