Mission Statement

Support sustainable agriculture and conservation through education, research and partnerships.OACA was founded by a group of long-time farmers, business owners, landowners, and land managers who recognized that there are gaps in the system, wanted agriculture to thrive in Hawaii, and developed this nonprofit to be part of the solution. We operate with an inclusive spirit, welcome partners to support this mission and work collaboratively to advance the sector. Efforts focus on expanding educational resources and programs for producers that advance best management practices.
