TO PROVIDE AMBULANCE AND RESCUE SERVICES WITH CERIFIED AND TRAINED PERSONNEL FOR A DISTRICT AREA OF APPROX 50 SQUARE MILES AND TO PROVIDE BACK-UP SERVICES TO THOSE OUTSIDE THE DISTRICT AS REQUESTED
