Mission Statement

OCEA strives to be Ohio's premier work integrated learning resource for state government, industry, and education professionals. In doing so, we strive to be a resource for best practices in work integrated learning to individuals, institutions, and organizations with invested interest in developing and retaining talent in Ohio. Our organization is completely made up of volunteers who are also full-time professionals in state government, industry, and education. All of our events and corresponding programming are paid for via membership and registration fees, and in sponsorship donations form our industry and educational partners.
