THE OHIO STATE BAR FOUNDATION IS A NONPROFIT CORPORATION UNDER OHIO LAW, ORGANIZED FOR EDUCATIONAL, LITERARY, SCIENTIFIC AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES. IT IS A MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION OF ATTORNEYS AND JUDGES, AND IS CONSIDERED "THE PROFESSIONAL HONORARY OF OHIO LAWYERS."
