THE EXEMPT PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO ENHANCE, IMPROVE AND SUPPORT THE EDUCATIONAL, RESEARCH, AND CLINICAL PROGRAMS OF THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF MEDICINE, THE PHYSICIANS WHO RENDER CLINICAL AND RESEARCH SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR TEACHING DUTIES AND TO PROVIDE MEDICAL CARE TO ALL THOSE WHO SEEK SUCH SERVICES. PROGRAMS PROVIDE HEALTH CARE AND TEACHING TO THE CENTRAL OHIO AREA AND MULTIPLE CLINICAL LOCATIONS. OTHER SERVICES INCLUDE BILLING AND COLLECTIONS FOR RELATED ENTITIES AND DEPARTMENTS.
