OCCJ SPONSORS NUMEROUS PROGRAMS THAT SEEK TO ACHIEVE THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION OF PROMOTING RESPECT AND UNDERSTANDING FOR ALL PEOPLE. ANYTOWN LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE IS AN AWARD-WINNING HUMAN RELATIONS TRAINING FOR TEENS FROM THROUGHOUT THE STATE, WHICH FOCUSES ON BUILDING SELF-AWARENESS, SELF- ESTEEM, FOSTERING LEADERSHIP AND PROMOTING GOOD CITIZENSHIP. THIS PROGRAM WAS ESTABLISHED IN OKLAHOMA IN 1994. THE INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE IS A THREE-DAY PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING FOR WORKING PROFESSIONALS INTERESTED IN ADVANCING THEIR ORGANIZATION'S DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION INITIATIVES AND OF BECOMING INFORMED LEADERS TO PROMOTE POSITIVE CHANGE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. THROUGH FACILITATED DISCUSSIONS, INTERACTIVE ACTIVITIES, AND KEYNOTE PRESENTATIONS, PARTICIPANTS DEVELOP KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS NEEDED TO CREATE AND IMPLEMENT POLICIES AND PRACTICES THAT IMPROVE HUMAN RELATIONS. THE YOUTH LEADERSHIP FORUM FOR COMMUNITY TRANSFORMATION IS A THREE-DAY PROGRAM FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
