TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE INTEREST OF THE OKLAHOMA COTTON INDUSTRY. TO FUND WORTHWHILE COTTON RESEARCH PROJECTS AS LONG AS IT IS DEEMED NECESSARY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE OKLAHOMA COTTON INDUSTRY.
