TO MAINTAIN, PRESERVE AND OPERATE THE OLD MILL, EL MOLINO VIEJO, WHICH IS AN ARCHITECTURAL LANDMARK, AN ADOBE MONUMENT TO THE LEGACY OF THE CALIFORNIA MISSIONS AND THE SPANISH PRESENCE IN EARLY CALIFORNIA, OPERATE ARTISTIC, EDUCATIONAL AND COMMUNITY PROGRAMS AT THE OLD MILL.
