ODA IS BASED IN CLEVELAND, OHIO AND OPERATES PROGRAMS IN NORTHEAST, NORTHWEST, AND CENTRAL OHIO. ODA WORKS TO PROTECT, INSPIRE, NURTURE AND CHALLENGE YOUTH TO REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL.
