OPERATION PAR IS ONE OF FLORIDA'S LARGEST PUBLICALLY FUNDED NON-PROFIT SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES PROVIDER, SERVING OVER 13,000 CLIENTS DURING THE YEAR.
