Mission Statement

The CORPORATION WAS ORGANIZED TO MANAGE A STREET FAIR THAT IS HELD ANNUALLY IN THE CITY OF ORANGE, CALIFORNIA ON LABOR DAY WEEKEND. THE FAIR PROVIDES NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE CITY OF ORANGE AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES WITH AN EVENT WHERE EACH ORGANIZATION CAN RAISE ITS OWN FUNDS FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES. IT IS ESTIMATED THAT 500,000 PEOPLE ATTENDED THE FAIR IN 2019.
