Mission Statement

The Orbis Cascade Alliance is a nonprofit consortium of colleges and universities in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Our mission is to enable member libraries to advance institutional missions through collaboration and innovation. Our primary program areas include collection development, collaborative technical services, courier, electronic resources, integrated library system, northwest digital archives, and resource sharing.
