Organization United for Respect OUR - also popularly known as OUR WalMart is a 501c5 nonprofit organization that works to ensure that every associate, regardless of title, age, race, sex, sexual orientation, or disability is respected at WalMart and in the retail industry generally. We join together to offer strength and support in addressing the challenges that arise in our stores and our companies everyday.
