ALL WITH THE GOAL OF ENHANCING ORLANDO POLICE DEPARTMENT SERVICES AND TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE BY REDUCING CRIME AND THE FEAR OF CRIME THROUGHOUT ORLANDO.
